A stone’s throw away from Bond & Oxford Street Stations, our hidden basement bar is a Rum haven for keen Rum enthusiasts in London.
Inspired by Cuba’s rich rum history with over 200+ of the finest Rum brands stocked behind the bar, and extensive yet innovative cocktail menu, our 1930’s Havana-styled décor features vintage prints, a unique sipping salon with retro furnishings and grand house veranda, making us the cities ultimate rum destination.

Stocking over 200+ rums behind the bar, our cocktail menu serves 18 signature serves, incorporating the industries finest rum brands with home-made mixers, while focused on perfecting the art of innovation and sustainability.
Our new seasonal signature cocktail menu brings an element of exploration to our Rum Room, with each concoction guiding guests on a unique rum journey.

Takeover Thursdays
Once a month, on a Thursday, famous industry Rum brands takeover our renowned 1930’s Havana style Rum Room on Bond Street for the evening, hosting an exclusive rum event with spirit tasting sessions, a special menu of £10 signature cocktails, and DJ until the early hours.

Currently operating the largest Rum Distillery in Europe, right here in Nottinghamshire, UK, British rum brand, DropWorks, prepare to take over our iconic Rum Room on the 25th April!
Hosting a diverse selection of rums, from clear, spiced and dark, to their Funk Drop Rum, Fermented with the world’s first Wild Trinity yeast, DropWorks will host a tasting station on the night with a brand Ambassador at the ready, alongside a discounted special cocktail menu of signatures to sip and savour.

Creating ultra-premium aged rum in the heart of Columbia for over a decade, renowned rum brand Dictador, will take over our iconic Rum Room for a night of cocktails and tasting on the 30th May!
Refining the industry with a plethora of aged rums, our talented rum-ologists and Dictador’s ambassadors prepare to host a night of exclusive Dictador signature cocktails at a generously discounted price, alongside a tasting station on the night to learn the history behind and try their selection of rums.
Fun Fact; Rum was the world’s first spirit, dating back more than 400 years ago!
Food Menu
Pairing perfectly with our extensive menu of rums, our food menu, comprised of wordly Caribbean inspired flavour combinations, serves a selection of small plates ideal for picking up and tucking into with the table.
Incorporating elements such as hot sauces; spice rubs, fragrant marinades and more for authentic flavours, popular dishes include our saucy Jerk Chicken Wings, moreish Mac n Cheese, and authentic Fried Plantain.
